The BASIC rate (RENT) is for the berth, based on the size of the slip indicated including up to 3' permitted overhang.

Slip charges are based on a weighted formula relating to the amount of space used by a particular size of slip and not upon the lineal foot length of the slip. Regular boaters and guests of liveaboards are limited to overnight stays on board of no more than 
two (2) days per week, whether consecutive or not,  and no more than two (2) guests at any one time.

The electricity is sub-metered at the slip and currently is charges at a rate of
$2.95 (minimum monthly charge), plus actual metered kilowatt usage
